Two arrested in Nisku

RCMP arrested two men following a search of a suspicious vehicle

Two are in custody following an arrest made for a stolen car.

The Central Alberta District Crime Reduction Unit made the arrest on June 29th as they recovered a 2018 Subaru stolen from an Edmonton Dealership.

When RCMP searched the vehicle they found stolen property including identification and fraudulently created ID's along with a small amount of meth.

19-year-old Trystin Blundell is facing 4 charges including possession of property obtained by crime over and under 5000 dollars, and concealment and possession of a dangerous substance and 47-year-old Mark Corkum McFetridge is facing more than 13 charges including violation of probation.

Both will appear in court on July 5th.
