Leduc RCMP officer seen in wrestler's viral video

RCMP confirm video was staged on the spot

Leduc RCMP say it was one of their officers who went viral after appearing in a video with a WWE wrestler during a traffic stop.
At about 11 am on Saturday, wrestler Lacey Evans was pulled over for speeding on Highway 2 in Leduc County.
After getting the ticket, police say she engaged in a courteous and polite conversation with the officer, where she identified herself as a wrestling performer.
After she asked, the officer agreed to be part of a staged video involving her WWE character, in which she yelled "Canada is terrible.''

Earlier in the week, police had confirmed that the meeting with Evans was not planned or coordinated in advance.
