Recall issued for cheese distributed around Alberta

If you recently purchased cheese with the brand name La Granja Queso Ranchero you may want to throw it out.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has had a series of reports of illnesses from people who purchased the one-pound of cheese with best before dates up to and including November 15.

The cheese was distributed throughout Alberta and if you bought some of the cheese the agency says to either throw it out or return it to the point of sale.

If you feel the cheese has made you sick they recommend calling your doctor immediately.  (JSL/THE ONE NEWS)
