A written threat prompted lock-down at Calmar Secondary School
It was a scary moment for some high school students in Calmar yesterday.
The secondary school was in lockdown for a few hours yesterday after a written threat was discovered.
This happened at about 10:30 am and staff initiated a lock-down at the school while RCMP were called in.
The elementary school in Calmar had a hold and secure at that time as a precaution but normal activities were still going on according to the school.
Just before 1 pm yesterday police determined things were cleared up and the lockdown was lifted and the hold and secure officially stopped as well. (JSL/THE ONE NEWS)
