New network group in Beaumont helping businesses grow

A new organization aiming to help businesses network with one another is building up a lot of momentum in Beaumont.

Business Network International (BNI) allows one member per business in the community or professional category to join and over 20 members have signed up in Beaumont.

Sheldon Jordan, the President of Beaumont's BNI Marquis Connections tells The One News what sets this business network apart from other ones.

"When you're showing up to that visit and maybe you brought a visitor or someone who can use their services or connect with them, if they're not there then they've missed out on business, your client is not getting any business, so with everyone held accountable, everyone is there to hear what you're looking for that week for business so they can pass along good referrals for you" says Jordan.

Jordan adds that BNI meetings allow business owners in Beaumont to introduce themselves and their business with the rest of the room to provide them with what they need to boost their business and get their name out there.

BNI has over 250 chapter across Canada.
